Senior HR Advisory Consultant
About the Role
Jobwise Consulting Limited is seeking a strategic, seasoned Senior HR Advisory Consultant to lead client advisory engagements, organizational restructuring, Nigerian labor law audits, and employee relations frameworks for top enterprise clients across Nigeria.
You will work directly with C-suite executives, providing bespoke strategic guidance that transforms workforces into high-performing, compliant engines of business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive organizational design, job evaluation, and workforce planning projects for SME and corporate clients.
- Conduct end-to-end Nigerian Labor Act audits and formulate compliant HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary guidelines.
- Facilitate executive performance management workshops and KPI scorecard design.
- Manage client relationships and mentor junior HR analysts within the Jobwise consulting practice.
- Provide hands-on advisory during labor dispute mediation, restructuring, and redundancy exercises.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, or related discipline; Master's or MBA is an advantage.
- Full professional certification (CIPM, SHRM-SCP, or SPHRi) is required.
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in HR consulting, policy formulation, and labor relations in Nigeria.
- In-depth mastery of the Nigerian Labor Act, Factories Act, Employee's Compensation Act, and statutory payroll regulations.
- Exceptional presentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
