Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Lead
About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Talent Acquisition & Executive Search Lead to drive end-to-end recruitment campaigns for our premier corporate clients. You will manage executive talent pipelines, headhunt top 5% industry leaders, and optimize our 5-day candidate placement turn-around model.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview top-tier C-suite, mid-management, and specialized tech/finance professionals.
- Partner with client hiring managers to formulate detailed job descriptions, competency scorecards, and assessment rubrics.
- Utilize modern sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, executive networks, talent databases) to build active candidate pools.
- Coordinate psychometric assessments, technical tests, and background checks via JobwiseVerify.
- Manage candidate offers, negotiations, and post-placement onboarding check-ins.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc./HND in any social science or management field.
- At least 4 years of proven recruitment agency or corporate talent acquisition experience.
- Demonstrated track record of closing executive roles within tight turn-around timelines.
- Strong understanding of competency-based interviewing (STAR technique) and recruitment metrics.
- Proficiency with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
